We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who has expertise in the Facility Management industry. Creating pipelines & Leads.
- Responsible for new business development via prospecting good value target accounts, qualifying the customer needs and closing the sales.
- Developing and managing new and existing clients by providing a high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.
- To identify & develop new business opportunities, take a proactive role in improving overall company performance.
- To engage in the end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing.
- To establish/build long term efficient relationships with clients in the targeted channel/market.
